Description: I decided it would be a fun idea to turn my vacuum robot into an RC car/tank. I used a Raspberry Pi 2 together with a Microsoft Wireless Xbox 360 controller & receiver and connected the Raspberry Pi to the serial port of the robot. The software uses xboxdrv and also Martin O'Hanlon's XboxController.py to get the input from the gamepad and came up with a function to map the X/Y axis to left and right motor commands for the serial port. The update frequency is 10 Hz. My cats don't love my robo
